By downloading or using the app of “Bag Design Pro3”, these terms will automatically apply to you. So you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.
▼ Definition
- “BDP3” refers to the Android application “Bag Desing Pro3” distributed by “101studio”.
- “User” means any person who installs and uses “BDP3”.
- “User data” refers to text and images created using “BDP3”.
- “App data” means data required to run “BDP3”.
- “Manual payment” of subscription means “one-time payment”.
- “Auto Payment” of Subscription means “Monthly Payment”.
▼ Basic
- You’re not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way.
- You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the app into other languages or make derivative versions.
- It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device.
- At some point, we may wish to update the “BDP3”. The requirements for the system may change, and you’ll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app.
- The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to “Bag Design Pro3”.
▼ Usage fee
“BDP3” is basically free to use. However, we are running ads to generate revenue. Free users must watch the advertisement, and the user must bear the communication cost required to view the advertisement. Please refer to the link for the privacy policy regarding advertising.
We charge users for subscriptions.
- Purchases will be charged to your Google Account.
- Subscriptions for “manual payment” will automatically terminate after one month. To continue using, you must renew directly from your Google Account 24 hours before the expiration date.
- “Auto payment” subscriptions will be automatically charged to your Google Account after 1 month, and your contract will automatically renew. You may turn off auto-renewal in your Google Account.
▼ Calculation & User data
“BDP3” is calculated by real number operation, but the processing result is displayed as a value rounded to one or two decimal places. Therefore, it may not match the results the user used the calculator.
The size and area of the pattern recognized by “Scan” may not match the actual size and area depending on the shooting environment, shooting conditions, and device performance.
The camera used to scan was created using Google open source. It can work on Android 6 or higher, but we do not guarantee operation on all devices. For details, please check the Google page.
Users should be aware of this and use “BDP3”.
User data is stored inside the app and is not leaked outside. “BDP3” does not support data backup by itself. Therefore, users must use their Google Account to back up and manage their data. For details, see Android Data Backup.
▼ Limitation of Liability
- We are not responsible for any data loss or damage caused by an error or malfunction of the device on which “BDP3” is installed.
- We are not responsible for any damage caused by the difference between the results calculated by “BDP3” and the actual value.
- We are not responsible for any damage caused by the difference between the size and area values of the patterns scanned by “BDP3” from the actual values.
- We are not obligated to provide compatibility for users using new devices or new OSs.
